The dehumidification capacity of a dehumidifier air cleaner is the amount of moisture (in liters) that the appliance can remove from an enclosed space in a 24-hour period. It is important to remember that the performance of a dehumidifier air cleaner is affected by both the temperature and the humidity level of the room.

KULLSAVE Energy Saving System

Kullhaus alpha Q20L Pro low energy dehumidifier air cleaner uses the smart energy saving function. Set the relative humidity you prefer, ideally 50-55%. The dehumidifier air cleaner will operate for as long as it takes to achieve the goal. When the humidity drops to the desired levels, the compressor will stop, the fan will run for about 3 minutes on the low speed and the Kullhaus alpha Q20L Pro will go to sleep for 17 minutes. After 17 minutes, only the fan will operate for about 2 minutes, in order to check the relative humidity. If the latter has increased by + 3% above the desired level, Kullhaus alpha Q20L will go into the dehumidification mode. Otherwise, the fan will run for about 3 minutes on the low speed and the dehumidifier air cleaner will go back to sleep for 17 minutes and so on.

Where to place the dehumidifier air cleaner

The first time you use the dehumidifier air cleaner in the room, we advise you to place it in the room/room that has the biggest humidity problem. Set the desired humidity to 55% and let the dehumidifier air cleaner run until it reduces the humidity to the desired level.
Then place the Kullhaus dehumidifier air cleaner in a central location in the house, usually in the hallway that connects all the rooms, and set the desired humidity to 55-60%.

Important: the room doors should be open so that the dehumidifier air cleaner can suck in the moisture.
In homes with multiple hallways, you may want to move the dehumidifier air cleaner.

Continuous Drainage

Kullhaus alpha Q20L Pro dehumidifier air cleaner is set to collect water in the 4.5L water tank.
You can also choose to use Continuous Drainage to automatically drain the collected moisture through a hose or pipe without the need for manual emptying of the water tank. This feature can be particularly useful in areas with high humidity or where the dehumidifier air cleaner needs to run continuously. To use a dehumidifier air cleaner with continuous drainage, you will need to connect a 12 mm diameter hose to the dehumidifier air cleaner's drainage outlet and run it to a nearby drain or other suitable outlet.
