Kullhaus DDQ10L is a desiccant dehumidifier which, unlike compressor dehumidifiers, uses a desiccant material (highly absorbent material Zeolite) to remove moisture from the air. Kullhaus DDQ10L is typically used in environments with low temperatures, as low as 1ºC, conditions in which compressor dehumidifiers cannot perform. Kullhaus DDQ10L dehumidifier is equipped with an Ionizer and an Activated Carbon Filter.

KULLSAVE Energy Saving System
Kullhaus DDQ10L desiccant dehumidifier uses the smart energy saving function. Set the relative humidity you prefer, ideally 50-55%. The dehumidifier will operate for as long as it takes to achieve the goal. When the humidity drops to the desired levels, the compressor will stop, the fan will run for about 1 minute on the low speed and the Kullhaus DDQ10L will go to sleep for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, only the fan will operate for about 1 minute, in order to check the relative humidity. If the latter has increased by + 1% above the desired level, Kullhaus alpha Q13L will go into the dehumidification mode. Otherwise, the fan will run for about 1 minute on the low speed and the dehumidifier will go back to sleep for 15 minutes and so on.
The energy returns to the space as heat !
The Kullhaus DDQ10L desiccant dehumidifier returns the energy it consumes during dehumidification (420W Low, 740W High) back to the room as heat: the air leaving the dehumidifier is free of moisture and about 10°C warmer, diffusing into the room and thus heating the air.

Automatic operation [ EXCELLENT Dehumidification ] & economy
The Kullhaus DDQ10L desiccant dehumidifier automatically varies the fan speed and thermal resistance power in order to achieve the relative humidity selected in the most economical way. When the room humidity is 10% higher than the desired humidity, the dehumidifier switches on the high fan speed (High). When it is higher by 5% or less it switches on the low fan speed (Low).

The Kullhaus DDQ10L desiccant dehumidifier features an anti-bacterial filter, built-in room ionizer and activated carbon filter for a cleaner home atmosphere.

Continuous drainage
If you wish, you can connect the 12 mm diameter hose to the special socket of the dehumidifier, making sure that the other end of the hose flows into the drain. The hose should flow towards the drain, the water should be able to flow down and not be trapped in the hose. For this reason, the dehumidifier should be placed at a relative height (and not on the floor) so that the hose is pointing downward. Make sure that the tube is not blocked so that the water can flow down freely.The drainage hose is included in the package.
