Shipping Methods

Our goal is to ensure for you the most complete, fastest, safest and within the pre-agreed time delivery of the products you have ordered. Sani hellas cooperates with ACS which undertakes to deliver your products as soon as possible.

If you call us by 14:00 by phone at 210 3236627 we process and send your order the same day. So next working day you receive if you are in Attica or in large land cities.  

If you submit your order electronically due to the fact that there is a first come, first served, it is processed the next day and it takes 2-3 working days until it reaches you.

If you are now in a hurry to pick it up just make us a phone call and we will forward it faster.

Once you enter your address in the field "Shipping address" the shipping cost for each product will be displayed in the shopping cart.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The packaging of the product must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. The return costs will be borne by the customer. Return of defective product within 14 days (DOA), the shipping costs are borne by the company

Payment by cash on delivery is charged with 3€.

The distribution of products takes place daily from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00.Deliveries may be delayed due to strikes or adverse weather conditions or if the desired location is isolated.

If the products reach the destination you have indicated to us but there is no person to pick up the parcel then the distributor will leave a note urging you to contact the shipping company.If there is no notification within the next 5 working days the parcel returns to our store.

In order to avoid the above situation, we suggest that addresses should be selected where there will always be someone to pick up the package (e.g. workplace).
